Cancellation Policy

Reservations may only be cancelled by written notice sent by e-mail or certified mail to HAP / interGCR. If such written notice is received before arrival date / travel start date, HAP will accept such cancellation in these conditions :

-For any reason of cancellation deposit payment is non-refundable.
-Less than 7 days of tour commencing date, the cancellation will be considered as no-show (The total amount will be charged from your credit card)

 

How Do I Make Reservation?

First of all, please check the tour programs on our website that are suitable for your time and budget. Then, when you decide on the tour you want to join and If you have questions or requests about the tours, or if you are interested in tailor-made tours, please fill the REQUEST FORM just below the tour program and contact us. When you want to book the tour, we need to charge 25% of the total amount as deposit. (Credit card or sent to our bank account) The rest of the total amount is to be paid when you arrive in Turkey, with cash or credit card.
